EIV is the first Italian fair conference dedicated to the industry of electric and intelligent vehicles and transports, which will be held at Fieramilano Rho from 16 to 19 November 2010.
Electric vehicles are now ready for commercialization and all automobile manufacturers are preparing for the transport revolution, which will gradually take place in the next few years. Intelligent vehicles, equipped with a combination of sensors, video cameras, computers, software and electro-mechanical commands, which will bring advantages with regards to energy saving, safety, protection of the environment, and reduction of traffic – will also take on an ever more important role.
For four days, EIV 2010 will deal with the important topics regarding the development and increased use of electric and intelligent vehicles, destined to grow rapidly and to improve transport.
The agendas of the four days foresee as keynote speakers researchers and representatives from institutions in the forefront of the development of technologies and their applications, end users, representatives of companies, category associations, research institutions and bodies responsible for sector standards.
The conferences of EIV 2010, part of HTE-hi.tech.expo 2010, the third edition of the important fair for innovative technologies, will have a business-to-business style, and will also include an exhibition and demonstration area dedicated to companies, institutions and research centres.
