General hints and tips
You MUST use a valid email address to preregister / sign-up for the newsletter otherwise the process CANNOT be completed
Preregistration is completely free-of-charge. If you preregister but do not attend the event, you will not be liable for costs of any kind related to the preregistration.

The company field is required but you are not employed

You need to preregister / sign-up more than one person
There is no way to add more than one person at a time. Each preregistration / sign-up requires a unique email and to complete the process the email address has to be confirmed. To confirm the email we send an email to the address so you need to have access to the mailbox in order to complete the process.

You have allowed time for the confirmation email to arrive but it hasn't
The confirmation email doesn't always arrive immediately. A small delay is nothing to worry about.
Check that your network is not filtering out the email because it considers it spam. The confirmation email is sent from info@zeroemission.eu

You don't receive a confirmation email from us
The confirmation email is vital: it contains the link to confirm your email address. If you do not confirm your email address you cannot complete preregistration or start receiving the newsletter.

You realize you made a mistake in the spelling of the email
The email address may look OK but if the address doesn't exist, you won't receive the confirmation email. Try again with a different email address.

You receive the confirmation email but the link doesn't open the page
Instead of clicking the link, please copy and paste the link into the address bar of the browser

You are already registered but want to add a preregistration / sign-up for another event
Simply go to the preregistration / newsletter page for the event and input your email. You will be shown a page where you need to add details pertinent to the new event.

You have completed preregistration / sign-up but you need to access the summary page again
Please start at the first page where you input your email. If you have already confirmed your email, you will be taken to the summary page or shown a link to the summary page.

You downloaded a one-day discount coupon but you would like to download a three-day coupon
Unfortunately, for fiscal/administrative reasons, once you have decided to download a particular coupon (whether it is for one day or three days), you cannot change it. Your preregistration is linked to your first choice and attempting to download the other type of coupon will only result in downloading the original choice of coupon.
